Youth Now

The Youth Justice Service has gone from strength to strength in recent years, with successive positive inspections and impressive results to prevent young people from offending. The work we do is founded on a commitment to child first youth justice.

England and Wales has one of the lowest ages of criminal responsibility in the world which means children as young as ten can be sentenced through court into the criminal justice system. In addition the young people in the system are complex, with many barriers to fulfilling their potential and often exploited in numerous ways by adults.

National Apprenticeship Week 2021

8th - 12th Feb: Training provider information sessions

To mark National Apprenticeship Week we have arranged a series of information sessions with apprenticeship training providers who will tell you everything you need to know about the different apprenticeships they offer.

Signing up with a training provider is often a really good way of improving your chances of moving into an apprenticeship as they have members of staff who try to source vacancies and will put you forward for an apprenticeship if they think you are suitable.

You can attend as many sessions as you like – they are all delivered remotely over Microsoft Teams, are no longer than 30 mins each, and to ensure your comfort you will not be expected to be on camera/mic. You can ask questions via the chat facility if needed. Please see below for the timetable.

Book a place on your chosen sessions today!
